Who we Serve

  • We offer EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and collaborative talk therapy to support adults from a wide range of identities and experiences.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, sensory or emotional overwhelm, or major life transitions, our work is grounded in evidence-based care, cultural humility, and a deep respect for your lived experience.

  • Our team has deep experience supporting teenagers and their families as they navigate this challenging and formative stage of life. We use EMDR to help teens heal from past trauma and strengthen emotional resilience. We create a warm, nonjudgmental space where young people can open up, build trust, and feel genuinely understood.

When helpful, we also offer Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, as well as creative arts therapies that allow teens to express themselves in ways that feel natural and empowering.

Together with families, we work to foster growth, safety, and connection—one step at a time.

  • Our affirming and inclusive approaches to therapy allow our team to support children with a wide array of needs. We utilize play therapy in conjunction with EMDR and ERP to help children and their families manage challenging behaviors and reduce painful symptoms.

Together with families, we focus on growth, resilience, and honoring each child’s unique way of experiencing the world.

  • At Giving Tree Counseling, we believe that nurturing families help children thrive.

Using Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and play therapy, we support families in breaking unhelpful patterns, strengthening connections, and building trust. Our approach helps parents learn practical, compassionate ways to support their children through challenging times, while creating a safe, affirming space where kids can express themselves, process emotions, and develop resilience.

Together, we work to foster healthier relationships, stronger communication, and a foundation for growth that benefits the whole family.
